The fallen snow transforms our
scenic property into a winter wonderland - complete with lights display and festive décor. Our trail follows the beautiful terrain surrounding a small lake, stream, and beautiful trees. The friendly and hospitable service, combined with warm hot chocolate, coffee, and other treats, add to the delightful atmosphere.
Luxury Sleigh Ride
Our luxury sleigh is built for safety and comfort. Snuggle in on the padded velvet bench seats - with blankets and warmers. Your ready for the nostalgic and thrilling experience of being pulled by our beautiful Belgian draft horses. Our energetic tour guides are ready to add some family friendly fun, as Christmas music plays in the background and the whole family will love the sleigh ride scavenger hunt.

About Us
Countryside Christmas is family owned and operated event started in 2009 by the Walsh Family in Harvard, Illinois. We're located just a few minutes from Lake Geneva, and just over an hour from O'Hare Airport. Our goal is to offer a fun, exciting, nostalgic, and family friendly winter activity for our community. We trust that being ferried in our custom luxury sleigh by our beautiful team of Belgian draft horses over the white snow will be a wonderful experience that you'll want to repeat!
